CodeQuest is provided for learning, revision, classroom practice, and independent study. Content supports learning but does not guarantee grades, marks, exam outcomes, or school assessment results.
Account Responsibility
Users should keep passwords private, use the correct account role, and avoid sharing accounts. Students should not include personal information in usernames or display names.
Acceptable Behaviour
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with classes you do not belong to, guess or share class join codes outside the intended group, or try to bypass teacher/student permissions.
Safe Code And Challenge Use
CodeQuest browser coding activities are for safe learning practice. Do not attempt harmful code, attacks, scraping, disruption, or activity designed to damage the platform or another user's experience.
Teacher Responsibilities
Teachers should only invite students they teach or are authorised to support. Teachers are responsible for sharing class join codes appropriately and for following their school policies when using CodeQuest with students.
Development Status
During beta or public testing, CodeQuest may change content, features, scoring, XP rewards, assignments, dashboards, and availability as the platform improves.
Exam-Board Independence
CodeQuest is an independent learning platform. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by OCR, AQA, Edexcel, Pearson, or any exam board. Exam board names and specification references are used only to identify relevant curriculum pathways.
